How long will it take to receive my order?

Autoparts Veghel tries to have your order delivered to you within 2 working days.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3-10 working days.

How do I change my shipping address?

You want to change your shipping address. Please report this immediately by filling in the contact us form. You can only change your delivery address before the parcel has been dispatched.

I am looking for a part that is not on the site but you guys might have.

Is the part you are looking for not on the site? Then please fill in the contact us form. Fill in the part you are looking for. If you have a part number, please mention it. Also state your chassis number so that we can check that we definitely have the right part for your car.

Can orders also be collected from your premises?

It is possible to collect orders from Autoparts Veghel. You can select the pick-up option when placing the order. For our opening hours, please consult the site.

Country where package should be sent to is not selectable in checkout, now what?

If the country you want to ship a parcel to is not selectable in the checkout please contact us via the contact us form. Then we can see what is possible.

How can I cancel an order?

Cancelling a placed order is possible within 12 hours. This is in connection with the fast delivery we aim for. This can be done by filling in the contact us form and stating there that you wish to cancel the order. Please state your order number. If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If Autoparts Veghel has already received payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after proper receipt of the return shipment. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and let the delivery driver take it unopened).

How long is the warranty?

We provide a 3-month warranty on used parts. These parts have been dismantled from a car in working order. If a part does not work, please contact us by filling in the contact us form.

I did not receive a confirmation of my order.

If you have not received confirmation of your order, it is possible that the email has been identified as SPAM (junk mail) by your spam filter. We recommend you check messages in ‘Junk mail’ or ‘Spam’.

If the confirmation e-mail ended up in your ‘Junk mail’, you can indicate that e-mails from AUTOPARTS VEGHEL are not junk mail or spam. By indicating this, order confirmations will arrive directly in your inbox in future.

If your order confirmation is also not in your spam/unwanted mail, please contact us using the contact us form.

I did not receive an invoice for my order.

You have not yet received your order, please check the track and trace of your parcel. It will indicate when your parcel will be delivered.

Return

What is your return and exchange policy?

It may happen that you want to return an item. You can do this by informing us within 14 days of receipt. This can be done via the “Click here” button at the bottom of our home page under the Return Product heading. Enter the requested information here. An exception to this are products and electrical parts assembled especially for you. These cannot be returned.

What are the conditions a return must meet.

The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the packaging. You must inform us of your return.

Return the entire order.

Do you want to return the entire order? Items that have already been received must be returned to the return address below. After receipt of the return shipment, Autoparts Veghel will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs, to you as soon as possible. The shipping costs for returns are at your expense.

Return part of the order.

You will also be responsible for shipping costs when returning part of your order. The purchase price of the part of the order you returned will be refunded to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded in that case.

Refund return.

Please note: the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to Autoparts Veghel. This in connection with any refund fraud. Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after return

Defective part.

If a part appears not to work after receipt, please contact us via the contact us form. You can also send an email to webshop@autopartsveghel.nl. State your name and order number here.
